Cross Country: (competitive program)
Cross Country practices will commence on Tuesday, September 02.
Practices: Tuesdays,Thursdays 5pm-6:15pm at the UBC Research Forest. Practice location may move in mid-October when it gets dark at an earlier time.

Cross Country running is an endurance sport & is focussed on distance running.
Costs: High School - $90 (Sept 2 -Nov.8); Elementary - $70 (Sept. 2-Oct. 25)
