WINTER TRAINING
Golden Ears Athletics offers two different winter training sessions for athletes in grade 7 or older that run from October until the end of February. This training is focussed on helping athletes build strength in the off season. The training will consist of outdoor workouts in October and transition to indoor workouts starting in November, with some Saturday workouts at the track. Indoor training will be at Fitness Unlimited. As such, there is flexibility with the gym membership as you can go on your own if you can’t make the group workout time.
